GPU Prices Rise 15% Globally Since November, RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5090 Lead Increases
Prices for graphics cards have climbed notably over the past several months, with an average increase of approximately 15% observed between November 2025 and February 2026. This trend affects major GPU models across multiple manufacturers, including Nvidia, AMD, and Intel.
Market data analyzed by TechSpot spanned ten countries, including the United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, the Philippines, Brazil, Poland, and the Netherlands. The study focused specifically on the lowest-price listings available in each market rather than median prices or data from individual retailers, providing a broad snapshot of global pricing movements within the GPU segment.
Steepest Price Gains on High-End Nvidia GPUs
Among the models examined, Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5090 experienced the most significant price uplifts during this period. These GPUs recorded the largest relative cost increases compared to other cards analyzed, underscoring sustained strong demand or constrained supply affecting their market value.
AMD’s Radeon RX 9000 and Intel’s Arc B500 series cards also saw price changes, but the growth was less pronounced relative to Nvidia’s top-tier offerings. The rise in costs across leading GPU lines reflects an industry-wide pricing shift that has impacted consumers in diverse global regions.
The upward trajectory in GPU prices highlights ongoing challenges in the hardware market, where supply chain dynamics, component shortages, and demand fluctuations continue to influence retail pricing. While pricing details varied between countries, the overall pattern points to a tighter supply scenario paired with steady consumer demand for graphics cards that power gaming, content creation, and AI-related workloads.
As the tech and gaming communities anticipate future product launches and potential market corrections, the current pricing environment signals caution for buyers considering upgrades or new PC builds. Industry watchers will continue monitoring how supply constraints and manufacturing developments shape GPU availability and pricing trends going forward.
Nvidia, AMD, and Intel graphics card prices surged an average 15% worldwide between November 2025 and February 2026.
