Russian Researchers Develop Quantum RAM Prototype Enhancing Computing and Sensing Technologies
A team of Russian scientists affiliated with the Quantum Park cluster at Bauman Moscow State Technical University, in collaboration with researchers from the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Automation named after N.L. Dukhov (part of Rosatom), has created a prototype chip for quantum random access memory (RAM). The findings were published in the February 2026 issue of Physical Review Letters.
